The development of aluminum motor housing has successfully replaced the aluminum alloy casting molding motor housing. It solves the problem that the material density of the cast aluminum motor housing is poor, which is easy to causes porosity, sand holes, and other casting defects, and solves the defects that the density of the cast aluminum motor housing and the surface casting roughness are poor, which seriously affects the corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance of the body, and the processing amount will increase.
However, due to the poor concentricity of the aluminum motor housing and the end cover, the noise of the aluminum motor is larger, which restricts the use of the aluminum motor housing. In this paper, the cause of the noise of the aluminum shell motor is briefly analyzed, and according to the processing method of the aluminum shell, a processing tool is designed, which successfully solves the problem of the large noise of the aluminum shell motor.
