The structural characteristics of the chip type aluminum motor housing.

Currently, the motor housing is made of cast iron, the disadvantage of cast iron is heavyweight, and thermal conductivity is not ideal. Aluminum is light in weight and has good thermal conductivity. Aluminum is cast into the motor housing with a heat sink, which can help the motor better heat dissipation.
The chip-type aluminum motor housing comprises an aluminum cylinder, a front-end cover, and a rear-end cover. Several double-headed bolts fix the front-end cover and the back-end cover. The aluminum motor housing also comprises several aluminum heat dissipation unit plates, composed of a curved panel and several heat sinks and reinforcing roots arranged on the outer surface of the curved panel and extending radially. The inner surface of the curved panel is connected with the outer surface of the cylinder through tin welding. The cylindrical cylinder can be a thick single-wall cylinder or a multi-layer concentric coil cylinder, and the cross-section of the reinforced root is a concave word shape with two convex middles. The number of reinforcing roots is 3, which are arranged on both sides and in the middle of the heat dissipation unit plate, and the heat dissipation unit plate and the cylinder are connected by rivets in the concave position in the middle of the strengthening root, and the top of the heat dissipation fin on the heat dissipation unit plate has a protruding.
The laminated aluminum motor housing is suitable for large motors and has good heat dissipation performance.
